Through our organization we reach groups, corporation, companies, philanthropist, etc.. to help us provide and disturbute to the many women’s empowerment groups that need it.

It is our great privilege to be the forerunners in the Middle East and throughout the world in celebrating and acknowledging some of the most influential and powerful women in their accomplishments in finance/investments, business, theatre, humanitarian, fashion, politics, media, science & technology, sports, medical, peace, military, police, educators and mentors. Women are incredibly unique and have reinvented the way business conferences are being held today. Today's woman has combined her understanding and interest in high level financial sophistication with her ability to keep the attending audience captivated throughout an important evening. Attendees will be captivated throughout the entire evening by the most fascinating testimonials of defeat and success as well as non-stop live entertainment by both highly recognized performers and the new up and coming talent. The most glamorous and worldly men and women have come together to give the VIP Guests the most memorable Women's Empowerment Red Carpet Gala that has never been produced.

President Ingrid Orozco
Ingrid Orozco–CEO and a high level diplomat with the United Nations and is ULead International Internationalist, corporate diplomat, and expert in trade promotion, business expansion, innovation, and inclusive economic development creator, Ingrid has a very dynamic career, developing, and implementing several projects in America, Asia,Europe and Middle East, as entrepreneur and businesswoman, creating different ventures such as Spaxpress, Cultour, (technological platform to preserve traditions in the Pacific Alliance region) and ULeadInternational (Global Trade Promotion and Investment Attraction Agency, Member of the Women’s President Organization (WPO), President to The Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT), and Executive Director to The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), which was started by Michelle Obama and Ingrid. The Academy for Women Entrepreneurs is now in 88 countries globally and funded by the United States White House. Ingrid is passionate for women integral empowerment, that’s why she has been appointed official partner and National Coordinator to implement the SheTrades Initiative, launched by the International Trade Centre (ITC), the joint agency of the World Trade Organization, and the United Nations, fully dedicated to create ‘trade impact for good’.

impact; bringing education, innovation and economic opportunities for all.
Recently she has been appointed Global Representative for The Private Office of
Sheikh Saqer Bin MohamedAl Qasimi, being the first Latina holding that position.
Ingrid advises entrepreneurs and owners of companies throughout Latin
America in terms of competitiveness development, education,
internationalization processes, diversity and social impact, always promoting,
people´s engagement in the local sustainable development process of their own
communities through local actions. In 2016 she was selected by the U.S.
Department of State to be part of the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative
(YLAI) that empowers emerging business and social entrepreneurs from across
Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, and the United States, to realize the full
economic potential of the region’s citizens, led by President Barack Obama. In
2021 was awarded as Global Woman Leader by the Global Council for the
Promotion of International Trade in India, also Business Commissioner at the
Mexican Pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020, and UAE Country Chair under the auspices
All Ladies League. Ingrid is the President of the Women Empowerment Initiative
organization which is now the largest women empowerment organization
worldwide. She lives in Mexico City, Mexico and Dubai, UAE
Vice President Dr. Fatima Khaouji
Dr. Fatima Khaouji is an international lawyer who has interests and investments in entrepreneurial business projects as well as the fashion & art world. Fatima is an independent business woman who thrives on helping others achieve their passions and goals. She holds a Masters Degree in International Law, Diplomacy and International Relations, International Business Law (Sorbonne university) with a Certificate from The Hague Academy of International law -peace palace The Hague – Netherlands. Khaouji is also the founder of KHK Legal Consulting where they focus on helping people fix their business conflicts by the most peaceful settlement methods. Ultimately, Fatima plans to form a non-profit organization that helps women owned start-up companies with their initial legal phase of the corporate structure. She has explained that too often she has witnessed women business owners give up on their dreams of owning their own business because the initial legal set up was too difficult to understand and too costly.

Yesmin Ben hammouda was born and raised in Luxembourg and is currently living in Dubai. She attended Paris Sorbonne university in Abu Dhabi for five years and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in International Business Law. After that she opened her interior design company YesLux in Abu Dhabi. She’s an ambassador for White Ribbon Ukraine. White Ribbon is a non profit organization against gender based discrimination and domestic violence towards women. Currently they are developing an application where abused women can seek for help any time.Yesmin recently graduated in Master Life Coaching, Master NLP practitioning and Hypnosis. She is helping many people to release their traumas, their emotional baggage and to lead a purposeful life.She is also a polyglot and speaks 8 languages; French,English, German, Luxembourgish, Arabic, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and a bit of Russian. Ms. Ben hammouda has participated in the Mount Everest Fashion Runway Season 2 in September 2021 and is a
Guinness World Record holder for participating in the highest altitude fashion show in the world in Nepal.
Yesmin is an active model and has been featured in many magazines covers.
With her opening and closing of Cecilia Perez fashion show in Luxembourg in 2014 she has since been amazing the crowds.

In addition to her modeling and film career, she is well known for her humanitarian efforts.
Whenever Yesmin is traveling, she makes certain to always visit orphanages and makes sure they have everything they need. While traveling from Thailand to Bali to Tunisia and Portugal she has visited orphanages and actively promotes education and women’s rights.
